What we do
Instead OÜ develops, owns and operates informational content websites and earns revenue from programmatic advertising, direct display partnerships, affiliate marketing and sponsored content. We also provide B2B consulting in advertising technology, monetization architecture, performance marketing and data analytics.
Activities we do not engage in

Data protection (GDPR)
We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Our properties use a consent management platform for cookies and advertising identifiers, and we sign data processing agreements with every vendor that handles personal data on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
Anti-money laundering (AML)
We apply know-your-customer checks to every consulting client and commercial partner, accept payments only through regulated banks and payment institutions, and keep records in accordance with the Estonian Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act.
Advertising and editorial standards
- Revenue comes only from established advertising platforms and verified business clients.
- We follow the advertising policies of every platform we work with and do not use invalid traffic, incentivized clicks or misleading ad placements.
- Sponsored and affiliate content is clearly labelled.
- Editorial content is written for readers and reviewed for accuracy before publication.
Advertising on behalf of clients
When we manage advertising campaigns for a client, we do so only with the client's written authorization and under a signed agreement. Each client receives, at least monthly, a report showing the amount spent on each advertising platform together with cost, clicks and impressions for their account.
Landing pages and destinations
Every page we promote is served over HTTPS, is free of malware and unwanted software, and accurately describes the product or service advertised. We do not use cloaking, automated or invalid traffic, or any method that interferes with advertising platforms or their measurement.
Accuracy of business information
The legal name, address, registry code and contact details on this page are the same ones we provide to advertising platforms, payment providers and banks. If any of them change, we update this page and our accounts at the same time.
